Pepinho Games provides access to browser-based games, Pepinho Travel services, subscription features, and optional platform functionality.

You agree to use the platform lawfully and not engage in:

• ✕Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities
• ✕Unauthorized access attempts
• ✕Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use this platform.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform is compliant with local laws and regulations.

Pepinho Games is a digital entertainment and travel services platform offering skill-based games, VPN subscriptions, eSIM offers, and related digital products.

The platform does not provide chance-based products or financial products. Travel products are digital access or connectivity services and remain subject to provider, network, and regional limitations.

Users may interact with the platform using standard web accounts and, where available, optional wallet connections or third-party payment providers.

Transactions completed through third-party providers or optional wallet connections may be subject to the terms, limitations, and finality rules of those providers.

We are not responsible for:

• —User errors during checkout or account connection
• —Incorrect information entered by the user
• —Delays or failures caused by third-party providers
• —Issues outside Pepinho Games' direct control

Pepinho Games supports browser-based onboarding with optional wallet and regional payment flows where available.

Users may access the platform, purchase travel products, and activate GamePass through available checkout options, including:

• ▸Available wallet-based access options, where supported
• ▸Third-party payment providers or regional payment methods where available.
• ▸Other checkout options where available.

For fiat payments (e.g., card or Pix), users may be required to:

• —Complete identity verification (KYC) with the payment provider
• —Follow the provider's terms and conditions
• —Use third-party interfaces to complete transactions

Some payment methods may require additional third-party steps before access is activated.

Pepinho Games does not directly process fiat payments and does not store or handle users' payment credentials.

GamePass grants subscription access to ranked platform features. Standard GamePass access is sold for a defined period (currently one (1) month from activation) unless a specific offer, such as Founder Pass 2026, states a longer term.

• ▸Digital purchases are generally non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise
• ▸Access may be revoked in cases of abuse or violation
• ▸Pricing may vary depending on payment method or provider limitations
• ▸Founder Pass may bundle longer GamePass access and travel perks as described on the applicable offer page

All payments for GamePass, Pepinho Travel, Founder Pass, VPN, and eSIM products are processed by third-party payment providers.

By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of the applicable payment provider. Pepinho Games does not store or process sensitive payment information such as full credit card details.

Digital purchases unlock access, provisioning, or platform functionality. They do not create a stored account balance, withdrawal right, or ownership claim. Purchases are final unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

Pepinho Travel may offer VPN subscriptions, eSIM plans, bundled travel perks, and related digital account features.

When you buy or use Pepinho Travel services, you understand that:

• ▸VPN accounts and subscriptions are provisioned after successful purchase and may depend on third-party provider availability, coverage, technical limits, or account verification
• ▸eSIM products are digital connectivity products delivered through third-party providers and require a compatible, unlocked device plus supported destination coverage
• ▸Coverage, speed, routing, uptime, and regional availability may vary by provider, network, destination, and device
• ▸We may change, pause, replace, or discontinue plans, regions, features, or providers if required for operational, legal, fraud, or commercial reasons

You are responsible for providing accurate purchase, contact, and device information. Pepinho Games is not responsible for failures caused by incorrect email addresses, unsupported devices, local carrier restrictions, or third-party provider outages.

Founder Pass 2026 is a limited offer tied to public Founder numbers #001 through #100. An internal Founder #000 may exist for admin or testing purposes and is not part of the public Founder allocation.

Founder identity and status may remain permanent, but Founder travel perks, coupons, and related travel benefits expire 24 months after the original purchase date unless a shorter period is stated for the specific benefit.

Founder coupons and travel perks are promotional access rights tied to an eligible account and are subject to availability, fraud review, and provider support.

• ▸VPN giveaway coupons and eSIM giveaway coupons are single-use and may be redeemed only once
• ▸Redeemed, expired, revoked, refunded, or chargebacked coupons cannot be reused, reactivated, or exchanged
• ▸Founder coupons and travel perks have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash, credit, or stored account balance
• ▸If a coupon code is lost, stolen, shared, or redeemed by someone other than the intended recipient, we may investigate but are not obligated to replace it
• ▸Pepinho Games may revoke or refuse coupons or perks for fraud, abuse, resale activity, chargebacks, policy violations, or suspected misuse
• ▸Coupon redemption and perk fulfillment may depend on third-party provider availability, destination coverage, account standing, and compliance checks

All purchases made on Pepinho Games, including GamePass, Founder Pass, VPN subscriptions, and eSIM products, are considered final once provisioned or delivered.

Due to the nature of digital access products and third-party payment processing, completed purchases, delivered eSIMs, provisioned VPN accounts, and redeemed coupons are generally final unless otherwise required by law.

We aim to provide a clear and transparent purchasing experience. Users are encouraged to review all details carefully before completing any transaction.

Refunds or cancellations, if any, will only be considered where required by applicable law, where a product page expressly states otherwise, or where Pepinho Games determines that a purchase could not be provisioned.

Pepinho Games is a competitive platform. Fair play is essential to maintain integrity and trust.

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• ✕Using bots, scripts, or automated gameplay tools
• ✕Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics
• ✕Manipulating scores, leaderboards, or game outcomes
• ✕Interfering with platform functionality or other users' experience
• ✕Using modified clients or unauthorized software

We reserve the right to:

• ▸Review gameplay data and user activity
• ▸Remove scores or leaderboard placements
• ▸Suspend or terminate accounts
• ▸Revoke GamePass access or platform features
• ▸Disqualify users from competitive events or ranked access

These actions may be taken at our sole discretion to preserve fair competition.

Pepinho Games may host skill-based competitions, leaderboard cycles, sponsored events, and promotional activations.

Specific rules, event structures, and access criteria for each event may vary and will be communicated separately within the platform.

At this stage, event formats and qualification requirements are subject to ongoing development and may be updated over time.

By participating in any competition or event, you agree that:

• ▸Pepinho Games reserves full discretion in determining winners and validating results
• ▸Event access may depend on factors such as rankings, participation, account status, and fair play verification
• ▸Any suspected abuse, cheating, or violation of platform rules may result in disqualification from competitive events

We reserve the right to:

• —Modify event rules, event structures, and access requirements at any time
• —Delay or adjust event access if verification, review, or sponsor confirmation is required
• —Cancel or modify events if necessary due to technical, operational, or regulatory reasons

Participation in competitive events implies acceptance of the most current version of the rules at the time of participation.

The platform may, at its discretion, offer platform-supported or sponsor-supported features, promotional items, or limited-time campaign access to users.

Any such features are not guaranteed and are subject to access requirements, verification procedures, and compliance checks.

Before accessing certain features or campaign formats, users may be required to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer – KYC), including providing valid identification and supporting documentation.

Pepinho Games reserves the right to:

• —Limit or restrict accounts

if required for compliance, fraud prevention, or legal reasons.

Users acknowledge that failure to complete required verification may result in inability to access certain features or campaign formats.

We integrate third-party services for payments, communications, identity verification, VPN provisioning, eSIM fulfillment, and infrastructure.

We are not responsible for:

• —Processing delays
• —KYC/AML requirements imposed by providers
• —Actions taken by payment, connectivity, or identity providers

Pepinho Games does not custody user funds.

All transactions are initiated and authorized by the user through their own wallet or chosen payment provider.

Use of optional wallet functionality, third-party payment providers, VPN services, eSIM products, or account-linked travel benefits may involve additional technical, network, provider, regional, or account-access risks. Users are responsible for reviewing the applicable provider terms before completing any transaction.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pepinho Games is not liable for:

• —Optional wallet or third-party provider risks
• —Third-party, carrier, or travel infrastructure failures

All content, branding, design, and software associated with Pepinho Games are owned by or licensed to the platform.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the platform without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time if users violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.

You may not use the platform if you are:

• ✕Located in, or a resident of, a country subject to applicable sanctions or embargoes
• ✕Listed on any sanctions list maintained by governmental authorities (including but not limited to OFAC or EU sanctions lists)

By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you are not subject to such restrictions.

We reserve the right to restrict or block access to the platform where required by law or where we reasonably believe a user may be in violation of applicable sanctions.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
